Dayak777 Platform Agreement

1Introduction

Welcome to Dayak777 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Dayak777 governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, and content available on the Platform at dayak777.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or using any feature of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Dayak777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. We verify age during the KYC process and accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately, with deposits refunded where legally required.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under court protection, or declared bankrupt may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously self-excluded from this Platform or be subject to any active exclusion order from a recognised gambling authority.
• One Account Rule: Each person may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on Dayak777, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Dayak777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

• You must notify Dayak777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Dayak777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to fund your account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure and referral to relevant authorities.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Standard documents required include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and a selfie holding your ID document. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours of submission.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Dayak777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) exclusively. We support the following payment methods for Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM 30, withdrawals typically processed in under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank — withdrawals typically 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Wire: Direct transfer to all major Malaysian bank accounts — withdrawals typically 15–60 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Dayak777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

Dayak777 does not charge Player-side fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which Dayak777 accepts no responsibility. Withdrawal processing times stated are estimates and may be extended in exceptional circumstances or during scheduled maintenance periods.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Dayak777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific multipliers (typically 15x–30x) are stated on each promotion page prior to opt-in.
• Bonus funds and real money balance are tracked separately. Real money balance is typically used first unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Dayak777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for Players who have already met the qualifying conditions.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus once only. Claiming the same promotion via different accounts constitutes abuse of the system.

The Birthday Bonus and Referral Programme are subject to their own additional terms available on the respective promotion pages. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates and birthday bonus amounts, are subject to the active VIP Programme terms as published on the Platform.

7Terms of Use

By using the Dayak777 Platform, you agree to abide by the following general terms of use at all times:

• You access the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or its games.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data associated with the Platform.
• You accept that the outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and is independent of any external influence.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You agree not to rely on the Platform for financial income or to bet with funds you cannot afford to lose.
• You will not use the live chat or any support channel to harass, threaten, or abuse Dayak777 staff or other users.

Dayak777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dayak777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or misrepresenting your age during the KYC process.
• Operating multiple accounts whether under your real name or any assumed identity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known error are void.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your name.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any Platform software.

9Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game engines, interface designs, and written materials on the Dayak777 Platform are either owned by or licensed to Dayak777 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from Dayak777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use any Dayak777 trademark, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose without explicit authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital application.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dayak777, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including other players.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account due to your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any technical failure, interruption, delay, or error in Platform services outside of our reasonable control.
• Losses incurred from wagering activities, as gambling inherently involves financial risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Dayak777's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

Dayak777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all player interactions. We firmly believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and not become a source of financial or personal harm.

All players have access to the following responsible gambling tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after predefined session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12Suspension & Termination

Dayak777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age following KYC review.
• The Player's use of the Platform is in violation of applicable law in their jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, licensing, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting Dayak777 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

13Amendments to These Terms

Dayak777 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended terms.

If any revision materially affects your rights in a manner you find unacceptable, you have the right to close your account before the revised terms take effect by contacting our support team.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dayak777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

Should a dispute remain unresolved following the internal process, either party may refer the matter to an independent arbitration body. Dayak777 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation where those rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
